The Deep Clean
Inspected, taken apart, degreased and steamed, put back together, and test fired. Photographed at every stage. $495, any grill, built-in or cart. Charged only after you approve the work.
Hood vent clean $145. Other outdoor kitchen appliances quoted from your photos.
The Deep Clean plus the program
The Deep Clean first, then a care visit every quarter and the grill-ready guarantee for $69 a month. Three-month minimum, then cancel any time by text.
A repair or replacement
Repairs are quoted from the inspection at flat rates, parts at suggested retail, and approved before work begins. Replacement grills are quoted with removal, drop-in, haul-away, and quick-connect gas hookup.

Inspection only
Need an inspection only first?
We come out, light and test every burner, run the twelve-point inspection, and send you the photographs with a flat-rate quote. $95, credited in full toward the Deep Clean and any repairs if we do the work the same day.
