30A Grill Care is based in Inlet Beach. Our 30A route includes Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Alys Beach, Watersound Beach, Watersound Origins, Seagrove Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Gulf Place, Dune Allen Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach.
If you’re arriving for a weekend or a longer stay, share your next arrival and access arrangements when you request service. We coordinate scheduling with you or your property manager and send the photographs so you can see the work from wherever you are.
Along 30A, the built-in grill is often part of a larger outdoor kitchen. We can also inspect and care for side burners, vent hoods, griddles, outdoor refrigerators, and other appliances. The additional scope and pricing are confirmed before service.

Burner tubes inspected with a scope. Grill run hot to burn off grease, then taken apart. Removable parts, firebox, and grease system degreased and steamed. Ignition checked. Stainless steel polished with the grain. Every burner tested before we leave.
The Deep Clean. Inspected, taken apart, degreased and steamed, put back together, and test fired. $495, any grill. Hood vent clean $145. Other outdoor kitchen appliances quoted from your photos.
