Your local service route
We serve Destin, Miramar Beach, and Sandestin on scheduled routes from our Inlet Beach base. Share your address and preferred service timing so we can confirm the route, property access, and the work your grill needs.
For a vacation rental, share the guest calendar and the contact responsible for access. We work with owners and property managers to coordinate care around stays. Photographs document the condition and work at each visit, and any proposed repair is quoted for approval.
If you manage homes across Destin and Miramar Beach, our property manager service brings the reports and billing together. Portfolio pricing is quoted by door count, and you can be copied on each property’s report.

How the program worksYes. Our Destin service area includes both Miramar Beach and Sandestin. Provide the property address and any community access requirements when you request service.
Yes. We can arrange access and scheduling through your manager and copy them on the visit reports. For multiple homes, ask about portfolio service and consolidated invoicing.
Yes. The Deep Clean is a single visit, one price for any grill. Care visits and the program are optional, and we confirm your scope and schedule personally.
