What the Deep Clean is
Opened, inspected, cleaned, and proven.
The burn-off.
The grill runs hot while we work, so baked-on grease turns to carbon and comes off in sheets instead of smears.
Taking it apart.
Grates, flame tamers, burners, drip system, and every panel that will come out. Hardware that has seized stays put and is cleaned in place.
Degrease and steam.
Firebox, hood interior, drip system, and every removed part are degreased and steamed. Grates are cleaned down to bare metal where possible, then seasoned.
Ignition and gas.
Every ignitor is tested, the regulator and valves are checked, and the gas connection is inspected for leaks. Anything failing is photographed and quoted before we touch it.
Stainless and the test.
The exterior is cleaned with food-safe products and polished with the grain. Every burner is lit and photographed before we leave.
What a Deep Clean does, and what it does not.
What a Deep Clean does
- Removes the grease, carbon, and surface rust from every part we can reach.
- Clears the burners and burner tubes so the grill lights evenly and heats the way it should.
- Cleans the grates and seasons them, or tells you they are past saving.
- Checks the ignition, regulator, valves, and gas connection.
- Polishes the stainless with the grain.
- Shows you the photographs before you pay a dollar.
What a Deep Clean does not do
- It does not remove pitting or deep rust. That is in the metal, not on it.
- It does not remove scratches or heat discoloration from stainless.
- It does not make a ten-year-old grill new. It makes it clean, safe, and working.
- It does not force seized hardware. A hood or panel with rusted fasteners is cleaned in place, not broken loose, and we note it in your report.
- Parts that are past cleaning, most often grates and flame tamers, are photographed and quoted at our flat rates. Nothing is replaced without your approval.

Every Deep Clean and every care visit includes the same twelve checks. Burner tubes, ignitors, regulator, valves, hoses and connections, flame tamers, grates, firebox and drip system, rotisserie and lights where fitted, hood and hinges, doors and drawers, and the surrounding stainless. Each is photographed and marked fine, watch, or quote.
After the Deep Clean
The honest answer to “how does it stay like this?”
It does not, on its own. General use, salt air, and long gaps between use can undo a Deep Clean quickly. Most owners book a care visit before we leave, or keep the grill on the program. Either way, we will show you at the grill; there is nothing to decide today.

We service built-in gas grills and outdoor kitchen appliances from Blaze, Lynx, DCS, Twin Eagles, Coyote, Alfresco, Hestan, Wolf, Viking, Fire Magic, Napoleon, Weber Summit, and most other premium brands. If a grill or appliance is past saving, we say so and quote a replacement through our dealer accounts, with gas connections completed by a licensed professional.
