Answers before you request service

Booking and payment
When do I pay?
You see the photographs, you approve the work, then we charge the card. Not before. Approval happens from the photo report on your phone; a card is kept on file after we confirm your service, and on the program care visits are billed monthly by autopay after the Deep Clean.
What does the guarantee cover?
If a program grill is not ready to cook, text us. We come back within 48 hours at no charge. The guarantee requires an active Always-Ready Grill Program with no declined repair affecting operation.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most of our clients are not. You approve the Deep Clean from the photographs on your phone, and every care visit sends a photo report to your phone, with the gate latched in the last frame.
What does it cost?
The Deep Clean is $495 for any grill. A hood vent clean is $145. A care visit is $195. The program is $69 a month after the Deep Clean. Other outdoor kitchen appliances are quoted from your photos.
Can you look at my grill before I book the Deep Clean?
Yes. An inspection-only visit is $95. We light and test every burner, run the twelve-point inspection, and send photographs with a flat-rate quote. If we do the Deep Clean or a repair the same day, the $95 is credited in full.
Do I have to sign up for the program?
No. Most people start with the Deep Clean and decide at the grill.
Is there a contract?
Not a long one. The program has a three-month minimum, then continues month to month, and you can cancel any time by text.
The work
What does the Deep Clean include?
We inspect and photograph the twelve points, including the inside of every burner tube. The grill is run hot to burn off grease, then taken apart. The firebox, hood, drip system, and every removed part are degreased and steamed. Grates are cleaned and seasoned. Every ignitor is tested, the regulator and valves are checked, and the gas connection is inspected. The stainless is polished with the grain. Every burner is lit and photographed before we leave.
What can a Deep Clean not fix?
Pitting and deep rust, which are in the metal rather than on it. Scratches and heat discoloration on stainless. Hardware that has seized; we clean around it rather than break it. Parts that are past cleaning, usually grates and flame tamers, are photographed and quoted before we replace anything. We will tell you plainly what came off and what did not.
What is a care visit?
An automatic recurring visit that protects the Deep Clean: grates and burners cleaned, the twelve-point inspection completed, everything tested and protected, and the report sent to your phone. Visits are timed to your calendar when you share it.
What if something is broken?
Anything failing is photographed and quoted before we touch it. Repair labor follows the flat rates on the price sheet, and parts are invoiced separately at suggested retail with the part named on your quote. You approve every repair first.
Do you use wire brushes or pressure washers?
No pressure washers, and no steel wool or wire on stainless. Grates are cleaned mechanically, because that is the only thing that moves baked-on carbon, then seasoned. Stainless is cleaned with food-safe products and polished with the grain.
Grills and appliances
Which grills do you service?
Built-in gas grills from Blaze, Lynx, DCS, Twin Eagles, Coyote, Alfresco, Hestan, Wolf, Viking, Fire Magic, Napoleon, and most other premium brands. Parts for common brands are carried in the van. Cart grills are welcome at the same rate; the Deep Clean is the same process.
Do you care for the rest of the outdoor kitchen?
Yes. Side burners, power burners, griddles, pizza ovens, vent hoods, smokers, outdoor refrigerators, and ice makers can be cared for alongside the grill. Hood vent cleans are a flat $145. The rest is quoted from your photos.
What if my grill is past saving?
We tell you, with the photographs. Replacement built-in grills are quoted with removal, drop-in, and haul-away, sourced through our dealer accounts for the brands your kitchen was built for, with the gas connection made by a licensed professional on our ticket.
Do you build or design outdoor kitchens?
No. We clean and care for built-in grills and the appliances beside them. If you need an outdoor kitchen built, we are happy to recommend people who do that well.
