The scope
Before anything is removed, every burner tube is inspected from the inside with a borescope and photographed. This is the part of the grill nobody sees, and it is where a grill fails.

The Restoration
Once a year, the inside of your grill is brought back to the condition it was installed in. Photographed at every stage. Charged only when you have seen the result and approved it.
What the Restoration is
Opened, inspected, restored, and proven.
The heated soak
Grates, flame tamers, and burners come out and go into a heated enzyme soak tank in the van. Carbon and grease come off without wire brushes or steel wool.
The firebox
The firebox is steamed and scraped clean to bare metal. The drip tray and grease system are cleared and reset.
Ignition and gas
Every ignitor is tested, the regulator and valves are checked, and the gas connection is inspected. Anything failing is photographed and quoted before we touch it.
The stainless
The hood, doors, drawers, and surround are polished with the grain using food-safe products. No pressure washers.
The test
Every burner is lit and photographed. The grill is closed, and the gate is latched in the last frame. The report is on your phone within the hour.
The twelve-point inspection
Every part that matters, checked every time.
Every Restoration and every care visit includes the same twelve checks. Burner tubes, ignitors, regulator, valves, hoses and connections, flame tamers, grates, firebox and drip system, rotisserie and lights where fitted, hood and hinges, doors and drawers, and the surrounding stainless. Each is photographed and marked fine, watch, or quote.
After the Restoration
The honest answer to “how does it stay like this?”
It does not, on its own. General use, salt air, and long gaps between use can undo a Restoration quickly. That is what the program is for: automatic recurring care timed to your calendar, with every visit photographed and reported the same day.

If a grill or appliance is past saving, we say so and quote a replacement through our dealer accounts, with gas connections completed by a licensed professional.
